COLLABORATION + PUBLIC IMPACT
Partners & Supporters
PUBLIC ARTS WORK GROWS THROUGH COLLABORATION.
HPPAA works with arts organizations, educators, presenters, venues, public agencies, funders, and community partners to bring jazz, arts education, Texas music history, and interdisciplinary projects to public audiences.
A COLLABORATIVE MODEL
Stronger programs begin with shared purpose
HPPAA develops artist-led projects in conversation with the people and organizations that know their audiences, communities, collections, students, and spaces.
Each relationship is shaped around the needs of the program. A museum may provide historical context and a public setting. A college may connect an exhibition with students, performances, and workshops. A jazz organization may help reach young musicians and listeners. A public grant may make access, artist participation, and documentation possible.
These relationships help HPPAA turn creative ideas into programs with clear public value—and extend the life of the work beyond a single performance or event.
A COLLABORATIVE MODEL
Organizations helping bring the work to audiences
HPPAA's projects grow through program-specific relationships with organizations that share a commitment to music, education, cultural history, creative inquiry, and public participation.
